We are looking for a Band 6 CPN for a vacancy based in Aylesbury. The role is a full time, long-term NHS locum contract. If you are looking for a new contract and are available for work, please do get in touch.
- Older Adult CMHT
- 37.5 hours per week
- MonFri 0900-2000, Weekends 0900-1700
- Weekday rate £32p/h
- Saturday rate £37p/h
- Sunday/Bank hols £42p/h
The role has been described as follows:
- To undertake care act assessments
- To be an active member of the CMHT
The following skills/duties have been specified:
- Car driver with access to a car
- Experience working with older adults is desirable
- Community experience
