Service Care Solutions are proud to be working with a well-established charity that provides vital support to individuals and communities affected by substance misuse across South Yorkshire. With a strong focus on recovery, harm reduction, and community integration, this charity is known for its compassionate, person-centred approach and commitment to making a real difference.
They are now looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join their team and help lead the delivery of high-quality services across multiple sites.
About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of service delivery—supporting and managing staff, maintaining high standards of care, and driving positive outcomes for service users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing a multidisciplinary team across various sites
- Ensuring services meet performance targets and quality standards
- Supporting staff development through supervision, training, and HR processes
- Coordinating with external partners, referrers, and local agencies
- Ensuring safeguarding and clinical governance standards are upheld
- Contributing to service development and continuous improvement
✅ Experience working in substance misuse or a related social care/health setting
✅ Proven leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent communication and organisational abilities
✅ Confidence in dealing with service users, professionals, and external partners
✅ Flexibility to travel across South Yorkshire as needed
