? About the Role: As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for individuals with complex needs. You’ll be a key driver in fostering a positive, person-centred environment and ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
? Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a dedicated team, promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment.
- Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality care services tailored to individual needs.
- Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively.
- Ensure the service complies with all regulatory and organisational standards.
- Act as the CQC Registered Manager and ensure continuous improvement.
- Previous management experience in a care setting (adult social care, learning disabilities, or similar).
- NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
