Criminal Legal Administrator

Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a legal firm, based in South Manchester, who are in need of a Police Station Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience of working within a criminal law firm to build upon and grow within their career.

ROLE: Police Station Coordinator

LOCATION: South Manchester

SALARY: £19,000 - £25,000

The Role:

  • The main responsibilities of the role will be to liaise with the Police regarding current and new cases
  • General administration duties will include diary management, arranging police station interviews, opening and preparing files and any other duties deemed necessary by the team
  • You will be responsible with opening files, file management and checking files meet the contracted standards

The Person:

  • Someone who has worked within a previous administration role as part of Criminal legal team
  • Someone who is able to work as part of a team but also use their own initiative
  • Ideally someone who is currently an Accredited Police station representative or law graduate and has experience of submitting legal aid applications (supervised).
