Job title - Data cleansing Admin Assistant
Location - Doncaster ,DN4
Contract - Temporary - 12 week placement
Hours - Full time 35 hours per week
Start Date - Asap

The Role Summary
We are currently seeking a Temporary Business Support Administrator to join our housing sector team in Doncaster. This role provides an opportunity to play a part in supporting the administration functions of the Repairs and Maintenance team.

Flexible Work Arrangements:

  • Hybrid/Fully Remote after 1-week training, depending on worker capability.
  • If hybrid, only required in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data cleansing - removing outstanding work orders, removing duplications, and general system housekeeping.
  • Utilising systems such as Open Housing and DRS (previous experience with these systems is not essential).

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in administrative support roles within the housing or property management sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
