Responsibilities:
- Supervising staff and leading shifts
- Ensuring placement plans are followed
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Conducting risk assessments
- Supporting education and training for children and young people
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Residential Childcare
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to making a difference in children's lives

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations
