Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm, based in the West Midlands, which is seeking an experienced and driven Employment Solicitor to join their team. You will handle a broad range of Claimant and Respondent employment law matters, managing a diverse caseload from start to finish.
 
ROLE: Employment Solicitor
SALARY: £40,000 – £55,000 (Negotiable DOE)
LOCATION: West Midlands
 
The responsibilities involved with the employment solicitor role:
  • Handling a varied caseload including unfair dismissal, discrimination, contracts, TUPE, redundancies and more.
  • Working with clients gained through direct enquiries, recommendations, and our existing client base.
  • Contributing to the continued development and success of our busy Employment Law team.
Key requirements:
  • A qualified solicitor or legal executive with 2–4 years’ PQE in employment law.
  • Proven experience in managing your own caseload and achieving fee-earning targets.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential, due to office location and client needs).
