ESTATE OFFICER

Job Description

Service Care Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Mobile Estate Officer - Cleaner to join our client in Sutton. This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of external areas within the estate, contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Moving Furniture: Assist in the movement and arrangement of outdoor furniture and fixtures as required.
  • Sweeping and Mopping: Perform regular sweeping and mopping of designated areas to maintain cleanliness.
  • Litter Picking: Conduct routine litter picking activities to keep the estate free from debris.
  • Rotating Bins: Manage waste disposal by rotating bins and ensuring timely emptying.
  • Weeding: Identify and remove weeds from outdoor areas to enhance the appearance of the estate.
  • Sweeping Kerbs: Keep kerbs clean and free from debris to maintain a tidy and safe environment.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
  • Full UK Driving License.


Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
