Facilities Manager

Job Description

Our client, a local authority based in Worcester are looking for a Facilities Manager to join their team. This is on a temporary ongoing contract basis.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • To take full ownership of your assigned portfolio of premises
  • Manage Hard and Soft Services.
  • To provide a proactive 'Best-in-Class' FM service that complies with all current Regulation and Legislation and always with a focus on H&S, compliance, quality, industry Best Practice and Best Value
  • To closely assist the Portfolio Managers and Commercial Team, and to monitor, manage and control contracted services against agreed SLA's and KPI's, to maximise the efficient use of budgets and WCC resources

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

A degree/HND or equivalent would be ideal but not essential.

Previous experience of managing Hard and Soft Services.
