Job Advertisement: Property Advisor

Are you a highly organised and motivated individual looking for a dynamic role in property management? Service Care Solutions is excited to present an excellent opportunity as a Property Advisor on behalf of our esteemed client. As a Property Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing property and land acquisitions, supporting compliance, and ensuring the efficient operation of property-related processes. This is a 12-month contract role, and we are seeking a candidate who can excel in this multifaceted position.

Role: Property Advisor

Rate: £18.77 per hour

Location: Risley or Cumbria

Role Description:
As a Property Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for clients, regulators, and stakeholders, facilitating the successful delivery of a large portfolio of property and land acquisitions and management services, both on and off the Nuclear Licensed Site. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and managing the Property Team email account.
  • Supporting an effective triage service for Property/Land Acquisitions and Management on and off the Nuclear Licensed Site.
  • Ensuring that scope of requirement, business justification, and timescales are fully understood, recorded, and acted upon appropriately.
  • Providing management support for License Condition 3 (LC3) compliance, including LC3 pack preparation for submission to the Office of Nuclear Regulation, if required.
  • Managing the process for all new Property Team Support requests, from initiation to completion, including the Property Work Register.
  • Recording and tracking actions and outputs from Property team meetings and Project meetings when required.
  • Owning and managing the SAP process for the Estates Management Supplier, including liaison with Contract Administrators and support for the management of the Estates Suppliers Contract.
  • Managing the team's internal document control and filing structure.
  • Supporting the Sellafield Electronic Management System (SEMS) review program and leading document production for the Property Site Processes.
  • Taking ownership of the Property Team SharePoint page, ensuring that all information is valid and up to date.
  • Assisting with collating evidence to support Business Rate reviews of Rating liabilities and property portfolios on and off the nuclear site, including arranging Site Visits for relevant authorities.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.


Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in property management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
  • Document control and SharePoint management experience.
