Family Contact Worker needed with Worcestershire County Council
Start Date- ASAP
Location - Worcester
Duration - Initially 3 months
Hours per week - 30 hours (12pm - 7pm, rota'd)
Salary - £14 ltd an hour
Description:
- The family contact worker role involves supervising family time. This means working with children, who are predominately looked after, along with immediate and extended family, to ensure that the time they spend together is safe, child appropriate and enjoyable.
- There is a requirement to complete written recordings of observations of family time which, when in proceedings will be filed to Court
- The written recordings are to be accurate, factual and reflect the time the family have spent together
What is required?
- Educated to GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
- Experience within a similar role
