Family Support Worker needed with Plymouth City Council
Start Date- ASAP
Location - Plymouth
Duration - Initially 6 months
Hours per week - 37 hours per week
Salary - £16 ltd an hour
Description:
- The Oak Tree House Team is responsible for the delivery of supervised "Time Together" sessions between separated children and their birth families due to care proceedings having been initiated
- To safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people and families and to deliver high quality family support, assessment and interventions for the most challenging and vulnerable families
What is required?
- GCSE Level A*-C in English
- NVQ 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent child/family or youth work qualification
- Experience within a similar role
- Full driving license
