Service Care Solutions are currently seeking Birth to 19 Family Support Workers to join London Borough of Tower Hamlets Children's Services. The role will be to work within the Children and Families Service on a fixed-term for three months, with the possibility of extension at the end of the term.

- Targeted Early Help interventions

- Caseload management
- Lead professional role
Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to carry out duties in many different environments within the community
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable
- Clean Enhanced DBS
