Location: Liverpool
Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension

We are seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to join our school-based team in Liverpool. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families by providing early intervention and support within the school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out Early Help Assessments (EHAs) and lead on support plans for families
- Work directly with children and families to identify needs and help them access the right services
- Build strong partnerships with school staff, external agencies, and the local authority
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in line with safeguarding procedures
- Proven experience in completing Early Help Assessments
- A strong understanding of safeguarding, child development, and multi-agency working
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to working with families
- A supportive working environment within a committed school community
