🌟 Job Opportunity: Family Support Worker – Sefton 🌟

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Initial 3 months (possibility of extension)
Location: Sefton, Merseyside

We are seeking a compassionate and committed Family Support Worker to join our team in Sefton. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families, offering guidance, practical support, and encouragement to help them thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide practical and emotional support to children, young people, and their families.
  • Work alongside multi-agency partners to ensure the best outcomes for families.
  • Undertake home visits and community-based work as part of your caseload.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working directly with children and families.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
