🕒 Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday
We’re looking for skilled and compassionate Family Support Workers to work alongside our social work teams, helping families create positive, lasting change.
Your Impact:
- Provide tailored interventions to help parents develop and strengthen parenting skills.
- Supervise family time sessions, ensuring children have safe, meaningful experiences with their families.
- Keep detailed, accurate supervision records to support the wider social work process.
- Has excellent organisational skills to manage a varied workload.
- Can communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
- Writes clear, concise reports that capture essential information.
- Puts children at the heart of every decision and action.
- Can remain calm and constructive when managing conflict.
- Owns a car with a full UK driving licence and business insurance.
You’ll be a vital link between families and the wider social work service—helping parents grow, ensuring children are safe, and making a real difference every single day.
