Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting a Family Support Worker for Trafford Council's Early Intervention team.

About the Role
We currently have an exciting Early Help Intervention Worker vacancy within the Intensive Family Support Team to enable us to continue to build on our success and also bring new experience, knowledge and ideas into the team.

The role of the Early Help Intervention Worker will work with children, young people and families who often have long-standing and complex needs who are unable to affect change without support. Successful early intervention with these families provides a substantial opportunity to be empowered to make decisions and changes to improve outcomes in a restorative way.

The role of the Intervention Worker as case coordinator will be in a prominent place to advocate for families needing intensive support in an effective and coordinated way and working together with children, young people and families will empower them to become more independent members of the community and less reliant on statutory services.

The Early Help Intervention Worker would lead the development of a robust tailored multi-agency family action plan to bring about changes to help them achieve their full potential.

This is a full time position 37 hours per week.
