A housing group based in Eastleigh are looking for a Fire Delivery Manager to join their team. This is on a permanent basis.

Salary - £41,087 - £54,338

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the delivery of external contractor led fire safety improvement programmes across the housing stock in accordance with the organisations fire risk management strategy.

Provide leadership to the delivery team consisting of two Project Managers and two Project Surveyors.

Provide leadership and effective management of the Fire Project Managers and Fire Project Surveyors to ensure the timely delivery of the annual fire safety planned works programme.

Take responsibility for ensuring that the Fire Project Managers and Surveyors have the equipment and budget to plan and deliver the annual fire safety planned works programme.

Take the lead in ensuring value for money is being obtained in the delivery of the annual fire safety planned works programme, as well as providing leadership in taking effective and active steps to reduce the carbon footprint both within the organisation and within our supply chains where possible.

Liaise with the Customer Safety Fire Manager to ensure all compliance issues are considered in delivering all planned works and to provide assurance that all works have been correctly completed and signed off.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competencies/attributes;

Previous experience working in a similar role, candidates will need to be experienced within Fire Safety/Compliance.
