Service Care Solutions are looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to work at a low secure service in Weston Super Mare.

The service admits both male and female patients and provides a pathway from low secure to rehabilitation and provides a specialist service in treating service users with personality disorders.

Excellent pay rates starting from £14 LTD - £20 LTD

Responsibilities:
* Working closely with a multi-disciplined team to develop treatment plans for service users.
* Observing and recording behavioural changes
* Supervising service users
* Documenting and maintaining patient records
* Implementing treatment plans
