Service Care Legal are recruiting on behalf of a London-based local authority who are seeking a Housing Litigation Paralegal to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details about the position.
ROLE: Litigation Paralegal
LOCATION: East London
RATE: £16.00 to £18.00 per hour
CONTRACT: Initial 3 months with potential for extension
Please note that this position would be hybrid working (1 or 2 days per week)
The Role of the Litigation Paralegal
- To assist the Lawyers in the progression of Litigation matters through to completion
- Matters will range across Litigation but will predominantly focus on Housing Litigation
- To work collaboratively within a team of other Paralegals
The Person
- An experienced Paralegal with a background in dealing with Litigation law matters
- Previous work experience within a local authority would be required for this role
- Qualified by experience or a law-related qualification would be essential
