Job Description

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a bustling local authority, based in Northamptonshire, which needs a motivated Litigation Solicitor to join their Governance and Litigation team. This role offers predominantly remote working with the flexibility to attend hearings when required.
 
Role: Litigation Lawyer
Location: Northamptonshire – largely remote
Umbrella Rate: £50-£55ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06 - £48.41ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing, full time
 
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Lawyer role:
  • Handling housing disrepair cases, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Managing general litigation matters, with a focus on legal strategy and client care.
  • Assisting with school appeals work, providing expert legal advice and representation.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience in housing disrepair, general litigation, and school appeals.
  • A qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive in England and Wales with 3+ years of PQE.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and handle hearings when necessary.
