Housing Services Cooridnator

As a Housing Services Response Coordinator, you'll be working with our customers and partners to provide an effective response and resolution to anti-social behaviour and complex tenancy and lease breaches within our neighbourhoods. You'll work closely with our partners, including the local authority and the police, to make sure that victims are supported and our neighbourhoods are safe and where customers want to live. You'll also support our Housing Services Team Leader and the wider team to take the lead on new initiatives and projects across the operating area.
You'll ensure that anti-social behaviour, tenancy and lease breaches are seen through all the way to resolution, delivering an outstanding customer experience that turns our customers into real fans of Thirteen. You'll also guide and support our Housing Services Coordinators with lower level cases, take a lead on neighbourhood-wide issues and prepare for and represent Thirteen at court hearings.
