Contract: 2 Months (Possible Extension to 3) | Inside IR35 | Full-Time
We’re working with a client who is seeking an experienced Housing Systems Consultant to support the delivery and optimisation of new digital systems within their Housing Service.
This short-term contract offers the opportunity to drive meaningful change during a critical implementation phase, working across departments and alongside external consultants.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the rollout of housing systems including MRI Customer Central, Agora, Self-Appointed Repairs, and Mitel/Talkative.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants at MRI to ensure smooth integration and functionality.
- Provide expert insight on MRI and Orchard systems, supporting development and enhancement activities.
- Deliver training and create user guides to support staff adoption.
- Maintain compliance with data protection and contribute to a high standard of service delivery.
- Proven experience with MRI and/or Orchard Housing Systems.
- Strong understanding of housing operations and digital system implementation.
- Experience working within a local authority or housing provider.
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in project support or project management within housing IT.
£500 per day (Inside IR35)
📍 Location:
Hybrid working – with occasional travel to the South East.
