We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Team Manager to lead our dedicated front-line staff in Nottingham. Key Responsibilities:
As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our front-line staff to deliver effective housing-related support and management services. Your key responsibilities will include:
Line Management: Provide strong leadership to the team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
Staff Training and Induction: Facilitate ongoing training and ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Void Management: Efficiently manage vacant properties to minimize downtime and ensure timely occupancy.
Case Management: Oversee the management of cases, ensuring a comprehensive and person-centered approach to support.
Arrears Management: Implement strategies to address and reduce arrears, promoting financial stability for service users.
Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high-quality standards in service delivery, meeting all contractual and organizational requirements.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS is essential.
- Driving is desirable.
- Proven experience in line management, staff training, void management, case management, arrears management, and quality assurance within a housing-related support setting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of housing support and management principles.
- Ability to meet contractual and performance targets.
