Hr Advisor

Job Description

HR Advisor needed with Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council

Start Date- ASAP

Location - Bournemouth

Duration - 3 months initially

Hours per week - 30 hours per week

Salary - £18 ltd per hour

Team - Children's Social Care

Description:

  • Proactively manage and deliver employee relations casework
  • Provide professional advice on all aspects of employee relations including absence management, grievance, disciplinary and performance management, escalating casework where appropriate
  • Work closely with other HR colleagues and across services to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislations

What is required?

  • Part qualified CIPD
  • Previous experience within a HR environment
  • UK Drivers License and access to a vehicle
