About the Role:
Service Care Solutions is seeking experienced HR Caseworkers for a crucial directorate overseeing the relocation and resettlement of eligible Afghan nationals. This hybrid position, based in Whitehall, London, requires 1-3 days per week in the office after an initial onsite induction period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse sensitive, complex information from multiple sources
- Apply government policy to individual cases and document decisions clearly
- Work efficiently under pressure, meeting strict daily and weekly case targets
- Draft formal written outcomes and correspondence
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Handle emotionally distressing content with discretion
- Ensure compliance with data protection legislation
- Active SC Clearance (Sole UK Nationals only)
- Previous experience in casework roles
- Confidence in applying strict policy frameworks objectively
- Attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience within Home Office, Police, Defence, or Immigration casework
- Exposure to high-risk or complex caseloads
- Understanding of national security or resettlement policies
