Responsibilities: As an HVAC Maintenance Engineer with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal functioning of HVAC systems. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC equipment.
- Diagnosing and resolving issues with AHU's and FCU's.
- Utilizing Building Management Systems to monitor and control HVAC systems.
- Adhering to SFG20 standards for efficient and effective maintenance.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 2 City and Guilds qualification in HVAC services.
- Proven experience working with Air Handling Units (AHU's) and Fan Coil Units (FCU's).
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) is preferable, though training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Thorough knowledge of SFG20 standards.
