I have a post for an experienced Joiner to work on our Empty Homes Team covering Croydon down to Crawley.

The role is within the Empty Homes Repairs team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Joinery and odd patching jobs - You will be given a company van to complete works and get to and from work.

The role -

To carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals ranging from routine reactive repairs on numerous sites daily to single site programmed repairs and refurbishment work in void housing properties and other premises in accordance with best trade practice and to current standards and regulations.

We are looking for you to carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'.

Requirements needed to apply.

* A full driving licence required.
* Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
* NVQ or equivalent in Joinery
