A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Joiner to work with an established Housing Association in Sheffield. This role will involve working on new builds and existing housing stock. This will include both void and tenanted properties.

Working alongside the maintenance team you will be responsible for repairs and refurbishments. Tasks will include 1st and 2nd fix, kitchens and bathrooms, wet rooms, windows, doors and fascias/soffits.

This is a great opportunity to secure sociable hours working Monday to Friday. This is a temp to perm contract with an immediate start available.

You will be provided with;

• Company Van
• Various Plant and Tools
• Standard PPE
  

You will need;

• A Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ or City and Guilds in Joinery (Level 2 or Above)
