Job Description
A Local Authority based in the Manchester area is seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Advocacy rights for a new Litigation Lawyer role. The role can be done fully remote and covers maternity leave for up to 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for the conduct of disrepair claims in both the pre-action and litigated stages.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Advocacy rights.
- Experience in conducting disrepair claims in both the pre-action and litigated stages is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The candidate must be able to work independently and manage their own caseload.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are required.
