Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a famous Local authority based in Greater Manchester. They are seeking a Locum Property Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella rate - £35 - £45 an hour depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £31.02 - £39.72 per hour

This role is on a contract basis for 3 months but has potential to extend.

Responsibilities as a Locum Property Solicitor:

Handle your own caseloads from start to completion in property law.
To work as part of a team to help deliver the best outcomes.
Provide outstanding client care at all times and have professional approach

About you as a Locum Property Solicitor:

Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with experience in Property Law
Good communication skills written and verbal.
Able to work under pressure.
