Work Pattern: Flexible Rota between 8 AM - 6PM

Job Role -
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of Homeworks Operatives. This will involve controlling workflows, prioritising jobs, and directing appropriate skilled Operatives to appointed visits in our homes. You will also facilitate queries from both internal and external customers. Preferably, you will have an understanding of reactive repairs scheduling and a sound knowledge of DRS and be able to corroborate your experience to match the requirements for this role.
The successful candidate will be part of the Repairs team. Proactive and multi-tasking in your approach you will work with colleagues to ensure the complex management of the Scheduling diary to include controlling workflows and prioritising jobs and directing appropriate Operatives to jobs. Where priorities change then Operatives will be redeployed accordingly.
Candidate Requirements -
- Proven experience of coordinating, managing and maintaining appointments and diaries of repairs operatives within a fast-paced and pressurised environment.
- Strong Customer Service and Administration Skills
