Firstly, how long have you been at Service Care?

Since 2015.

​What jobs do you recruit for and in which areas?

As part of the Social Housing team, I work with Housing Associations and Local Authority Housing Teams across the UK in supplying all their back office Business Support staff in a range of positions, at various levels, including Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, Recruitment and Schedulers and Planners. I cover the South of the country.

​Give us a brief overview of your professional background...

After graduating from University in 2011, I worked as a Sales Manager for a well known high street retailer for over 5 years, as part of my role there I looked after the stores internal recruitment which was part of the role I really enjoyed. I joined Service Care Solutions in 2015 to peruse a career in the recruitment industry.

​If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?

Honestly, I'm not really sure! Probably be in the golf industry in some way shape or form working in sales or golf club management.

Using only 3 words, how would you describe Service Care?

Positive working environment.

​What is your favourite quote/best piece of advice you've ever been given?
