Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist Anxiety and Depression Treatment Centre set within the peaceful rural surroundings of East Sussex. The centre offers tailored, therapeutic care in a serene, retreat-style environment. Free on-site parking and reliable local transport links make it a convenient location for staff.

The service is led by a compassionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to supporting each patient’s unique recovery journey.
About the Role:
As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will be responsible for leading the delivery of safe, effective, and patient-centred care. Working closely with a team of healthcare professionals, you will help develop and implement care plans, administer medication, monitor risk, and provide therapeutic support to service users throughout their treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans
- Administer medication and monitor clinical observations
- Support patients with complex emotional and psychological needs
- Supervise and mentor support workers and junior staff
- Ensure safe care practices in line with current legislation and best practice
- Collaborate effectively with psychologists, therapists, and family members to support holistic care
- Valid NMC Registration (RMN)
- Proven experience in a mental health nursing role, ideally within anxiety or mood disorder services
- Valid PMVA (or equivalent) and Basic Life Support certification (within 12 months)
- Up-to-date Mandatory Training
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to manage and respond to challenging situations with professionalism
- Driving licence desirable due to rural location, though accessible public transport is available
