Position: Band 3 Mental Healthcare Assistant
Location: Lancaster, LA1 4JJ
Contract: Ad-hoc (full time/part time)
Pay: £12.5 - £15 per hour + Uplifts for nights and weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the care and support of patients in a Mental Healthcare setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the wellbeing of patients.
- Engage in therapeutic activities and provide emotional support to patients.
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:
- 6 months UK experience in a Healthcare or Mental Healthcare role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, compassion, and a patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work during nights and weekends as required.
