Minute Taker

This company is looking for a Minute Taker to undertake the minuting of child protection case conferences and complex strategy meetings and to note-take a variety of other meetings when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking minutes of child protection case conferences and complex strategy meetings
  • Note-taking a variety of other meetings when required
  • Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all minutes and notes taken
  • Preparing and distributing minutes and notes in a timely manner
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in minute taking and note-taking
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Qualifications:

  • GCSEs or equivalent
  • Secretarial or business administration qualification desirable

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position, with working hours of Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
