Mobile Cleaner

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a housing association based in Hastings who require a mobile cleaner to join their team on a temporary to potentially basis. A Full UK Driving License is essential for this role as a 3.5 tonne vehicle will be provided during working hours.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with a total of 36 hours per week. Duties of this role are listed below:

• Providing a bulk rubbish removal service within the local area and undertaking clearances/removal of fly-tipping from estates
• Carrying out basic maintenance to gardens and overseeing repairs
• Monitor void properties and assisting with preparation of re-letting properties.

What we are looking for:

• The ideal candidate will have a Full UK Driving License as a 3.5 tonne van will be provided during working hours.
• Have experience in general cleaning or caretaker duties
• Be comfortable with heavy lifting and carrying out clearances
