We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Multi Skilled Carpenter to join the team who will deliver repairs and maintenance on tenanted and void properties in the Solihull area. The successful candidate needs to be a qualified carpenter with multi skilled experience on domestic properties.
Duties will include:

• Repairs and Maintenance
• Carpentry
• Plastering, painting and decorating and basic plumbing
• Flexibility on location of daily work as will cover the Solihull areas.

You Will Need

• NVQ Level 2 Carpentry
• Full, Clean UK Driving License (Own vehicle would be preferred)
• Multi Skilled Experience
• CSCS Card
• Asbestos awareness

This is a full time, 37 hours per week. Monday to Friday.
