We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity for Multi Trade carpenter in the Kensington area. The work will be in the facilities and Environmental sector.
Responsibilities-
- Carrying out repairs and maintenance work on social housing
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure comprehensive service delivery in environmental and facilities services.
- Always adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Skills required
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in carpentry
- Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving license

Please be aware the hourly pay rate for this role is £25.50 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £21.88 inclusive of holiday).
