We are currently seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Trade Joiner to join our dynamic housing repair team.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Joiner to join our housing repair team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of carpentry and joinery tasks, along with other maintenance duties, to ensure our properties are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of carpentry and joinery work, including repairs, installations, and maintenance in residential properties
  • Carry out basic plumbing, tiling, and decorating tasks as required
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely manner
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with tenants and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage time effectively and work to project deadlines

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Joiner or in a similar role within housing repair and maintenance
  • Proficiency in various carpentry and joinery techniques
  • Basic plumbing, tiling, and decorating skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Full clean driving license
