Temp to perm basis. 40-hour a week contract

Are you an experienced Skilled Multi-Trader with a background working in repairs & maintenance, and voids?
We are looking for Skilled Multi-Traders to join an exciting and dynamic team, within a growing and forward-thinking organisation to work within our East London, and Essex repairs team on a permanent 40 hours per week basis.
This role would suit candidates who have a working knowledge of repairs and maintenance.
You do not have to hold all the skills below but a minimum of 1 is required.
Duties Include May Include Skill Dependant:
Maintenance and repairs to domestic and void properties including:

• Painting decorating
• Mould wash
• Plastering plumbing
• Carpentry

Working hours and bonuses

• Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
• Saturday / Sunday off
• Company Van
• Company Uniform
