Skills Required:
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Proficiency in assessment and care planning to meet complex health and wellbeing needs.
- Enablement skills to empower individuals in achieving their health and wellbeing potential.
- Ability to work under pressure in challenging settings, independently, and with flexibility.
- IT literacy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of developments in health and social care.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and reflective skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Capability to offer guidance and support to colleagues.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
