Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Business Partner to join their HR & OD Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that organisational development initiatives are integrated and support the achievement of the company's business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate learning and organisational development matters into effective programmes of delivery.
- Develop and implement key workforce activities and interventions to enable and support the development of a skilled and committed workforce, including workforce planning, succession management, and talent development.
- Work collaboratively with the HR & OD Team to ensure that organisational development initiatives are aligned with the company's business goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on organisational development matters to key stakeholders across the company.
- Support the development and implementation of the company's learning and development strategy.
- Ensure that all organisational development initiatives are evaluated and continuously improved.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
