Commercial Contracts Paralegal

Service Care legal are currently working alongside a bustling local authority, located in Nottinghamshire, which is in need of a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to join their team. The successful candidate will preferably have some public sector experience and knowledge of contracts and commercial law.

ROLE: Commercial Contracts Paralegal

LOCATION: Nottinghamshire - Local Authority

RATE: £15-£20ph umbrella

CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 months ongoing

Key Responsibilities

• Providing paralegal support to solicitors in the contracts and commercial team
• Preparing contracts/deeds for signing
• Managing legal completions
• Attending the office when hard copy contracts/deeds need preparing

Requirements

• Experience as a Paralegal within a Commercial Contracts team
• Knowledge of contracts and commercial law
• Experience in the public sector is preferred
