Hi all, I'm currently recruiting for a patient Safety and quality Manager in the London area.

Hours - 37.5
Location - London
Rate - £26.00 - £30.00 PAYE Per hour (Paid Weekly by an Umbrella Company)

* Datix incident review and quality checking.
* Working closely with the Divisions to ensure appropriate level of incident review initiated, with follow up and scrutiny.
* Serious incident reviews - support investigation teams and scrutiny of reports
* Facilitation of After Action Reviews
* Attend Divisional governance meetings and present patient safety updates.
* Provide timely and accurate information, reports and data for corporate and divisional meetings.
* Identify patient safety issues and ensure appropriate action.
* Maintain incident review trackers.
* Ensure Divisional teams are sighted on their incident review action plans, completion monitored and evidence checked for suitability.
* Support mortality reviews by ensuring all death incidents have divisional and corporate oversight.
* Support implementation of Patient Safety Incident Response Framework, working with colleagues across the Partnership to ensure processes are aligned.
