Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Band 7 Pharmacist to support Berkshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This is a LOCUM opportunity with a Hospital setting, for a minimum of 3 months with likely extension. The selected candidate will work full-time Monday - Friday.
Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Prospect Park Hospital, Guildford, RG30 4EJ
Working Hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm | Full - Time
Pay Rate: £30 LTD p/h + £250 Welcome Bonus
Contract: 3 Month Locum with likelihood of extension
Job Purpose:
- To provide clinical services to several specialties- including, but not limited to, Paediatrics, Medicine & Surgery. Supporting patients with their medicines, Queries and Concerns.
- To support the provision of service to the Dispensary, including screening and checking. Undertaking medication review clinics and to stratify risk with high-risk medicine.
- The provision of a clinical pharmacy service to patients within the specialist areas
- To act as a role model in the field of clinical pharmacy practice and provide a consistently high standard of clinical service in line with the pharmacy objectives.
Required:
- Master's Degree in Pharmacy
- GPhC Registration
- Knowledge of RiO/EPMA
- Experience working in a Hospital Setting
