ROLE: Planning and Highway Paralegal
Rate: £16 - £20 an hour Umbrella
LOCATION: Preston / Hybrid Working
Contract Length: 1 Month Ongoing
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret planning documents, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.
- Able to handle high caseload in Planning and Highway from start to completion.
- Prepare planning appeal documents and submissions to relevant planning authorities.
About you:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Powerful understanding of planning laws, zoning regulations, land use policies, and highway regulations.
- Effective attention to detail and organisational abilities.
