This is a 3 month contract with potential to extend.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella – £50-£55ph depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 - £48.87 depending on experience
Responsibilities as a Planning Solicitor:
- To undertake a substantial personal caseload of legal matters predominantly in one or more areas as set out above in “Purpose of job”.
- To draft complex legal documentation as necessary relevant to the job role.
- To conduct investigatory and preparatory work as necessary to ensure effective presentation of cases to court/tribunals/inquiries/appeals and or successful completion of agreements as appropriate.
About you as a Planning Solicitor:
- Experience in Planning Law and practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister.
- Knowledge and experience of planning law
- Experience of Section 106 Agreements
