This is a 4 week contract with potential to extend. The right candidate must have experience of Section 106 Agreements
This role pays a competitive rate of:
Umbrella – £50-£55ph depending on experience
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.48 - £48.87 depending on experience
Responsibilities as a Planning Solicitor:
- To maintain healthy and safe working practices in accordance with the Health & Safety at work, Etc. Act 1974
- Carry out all work within the spirit and intention of equal opportunities and with a customer care focus
- Able to handle high caseload in Planning Law from start to completion.
About you as a Planning Solicitor:
- Experience in Planning Law and practice as a qualified solicitor or barrister.
- Knowledge and experience of planning law
- Experience of Section 106 Agreements
