The opportunity

We have a great opportunity for a Plumber to Join the team in To cover the areas of Lincoln, Pilgrim and Grantham to work on TMV's (Thermostatic Mixing Valves) across the Trusts sites the main duties will be as follows:

To strip down and inspect the TMV, Disinfect and clean-/Replace internal filters as necessary, complete all paper work on the spreadsheet issued detailing the time of test, works carried out and state of the TMV with any additional comments if required.

Requirements:

• Driving Licence
• Own Suitable Vehicle Must be able to cover all sites across Lincoln, Pilgrim and Grantham
• Own Tools required for the tasks involved.
• Own PPE.

Essential Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating or Equivalent
• Water Regs (1999) WARe Certs

Desirable:

• Servicing and testing requirements of TMV's (WH018) 1 Day Course
• Disinfection of Hot and Cold Water Systems (WH005) 1 Day Course Legionella Awareness In Hospital HTM 04-01 (WHH02) 1 Day Course

This is a full time position, Working a standard of 37 hours - Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:00pm
